The one thing we can always count on is that life is going to happen, sometimes it's going to happen fast and in ways we never expected or planned. Sometimes life can discourage us and knock us down. I truly believe that every person has exactly what they need to create the life they want. Sometimes we may just need a little push of encouragement, someone to believe in us, someone to disrupt our beliefs and complacency. My focus is not what is wrong with you but instead, what is right with you! My goal is to challenge you to grow, to let go of the things that don't serve the places you are going, to disrupt the patterns that are no longer needed. You have brilliance inside you!
